Great Service
My experience with RTD was really great, they were communicative and thorough. I knew I was not comfortable driving a large truck down the West Coast, and it was comforting knowing the drive was being handled by a professional. Neil was really friendly and helpful, and all of my possessions arrived in great condition. He was super easy to get a hold of during the drive, and eased my mind when it came to any concerns I had. One of the best experiences I have had with any company. Incredible communication, timeliness, clarity of the service and the cost. Perfect execution. The driver was very experienced and personable. He made me feel safe putting my belongings in his hands. He updated us on his trip progress several times each day. Management is very personally involved and has influence with their preferred truck rental company but is comfortable with all of them. I highly recommend this company and suggest anyone needing to plan a move consider renting a truck and then contracting with Frank (the owner of RentedTruckDriver.com) to secure a driver. The truck and driver are then dedicated to your move and it’s done on your schedule. You are not being shuffled into available space on larger trucks by brokers uncertain of the final price or the schedule. I saved fifteen hundred dollars going with this approach for a move from Richmond to Boston with fully dedicated resources and the edition was flawless. On budget and on time at both ends of the trip.
